Rotaty Kiln
Vertical rotating kiln is to provide better burning efficiency and can easily move minerals through low speed rotation of the cylinder in vertical type. Mostly, oil fuel is used. The type of this kiln can be classified into beckenbach kiln and koma kiln. Currently, it is built at POSCO, Posrec, and BaekKwang Corporation.
Application and Inflection
Multi chamber shaft kiln and central burner kiln are also available.
Among those, Multi Chamber Shaft Kiln called as 'MSCK' can manufacture products in excellent quality comparing to construct cost than the kiln using other oil fuel and is also used in PCC manufacture according to its high rotation rate of CO2 gas. Moreover, it is known for capability of using various fuels.
